This expanded Diploma complements the Biomechanics Coaching Diploma by adding a  two day resistance specialist focus as it explores how Biomechanical Coaching can be infused with resistance trainingto produce a more complete exercise practitioner.

Course Summary
The Diploma consists of approximately 450 hours in total.  This consists of on-line research and study in related anatomy (including the muscular, skeletal and nervous systems of the body) and completion of worksheets.

There are 7 days which require full time attendance.  Plus, an additional 250 hours to complete a Biomechanical Reflection & Business report and compile a Case Study Report & Literary Review consisting of 10 practical case studies and additional research into the use and effects of Biomechanical Screening. At the end of the course there is 1 day of a case study presentation and practical assessments.
