Jo started her career gaining a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering which took her into the field of hydraulic design for Fork-lift trucks and JCB's, then a couple of recessions later she started educating herself on the engineering matters of the human body and here she has remained within this fantastic & fascinating industry for almost 20 years. Jo has had the pleasure to work with Olympic Athletes, had the fun with Post Natal mums and she continues to love the challenges of Biomechanics.she is now a Master Biomechanics coach™ and an Intelligent Training Systems™ (ITS) tutor.
She has travelled with all her careers and experienced a lot of priceless moments.. She'll save them for quiet time with you all…
