In just 2 days you can become a level 3 Biomechanics Coach with a special interest in GRAVITY Training. Face to face tutoring from the leading experts in the field of intrinsic Biomechanics will be combined with Total Gym GTS to provide you with additional exercises and uses for this unique and versatile piece of equipment. 
 

Objectives

  • To understand the principles of biomechanics and its relationship to injury prevention, joint, nerve and muscle health.
  • To be able to screen your clients to establish the risk of injury
  • To be able to prescribe the appropriate exercises on Total Gym GTS to address the problem areas

If you find yourself wanting to learn more there is also a full diploma qualification at Level 5, and even an additional 2 day Level 6 Resistance Specialist module in which you will discover ways to apply your Biomechanics skills on resistance equipment.
