Grand Prix Expo 2011 proves to be awesome

Last week, the ITS Team and the UKBCA were in full force at the Grand Prix Expo. The show, which included the first Professional Body Building competition to be held in the UK in 8 years was amazing!  The show was packed with professional body building stars, strongmen and MMA fighters and focused on fitness, bodybuilding, strength and extreme sports.

There were strongman and power lifting competitions with professional athletes who came from all  over the world. These were televised by the Active channel and created an awesome atmosphere in the exhibition. Many top brands and businesses were there, including the UKBCA! 

We carried out free biomechanical screens on our stand, which attracted many athletes! We also provided free advice and information - enquiries were none stop about how to move better with improved techniques and therefore avoid injuries.
