The I move freely programme changed the way that I teach every class and client. I put this information into my Fitness Pilates, FFY and Conditioning programmes to help my clients improve their movement and prevent injury - IT IS THE BEST COURSE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN ON!

Dear ITS® Team;

Spectrum is still feeling the effects of the trainings last week with Jo and Sarah! Several instructors couldn’t come into work today due to finishing their reports!
Can’t say that I don’t understand!

Sarah and Jo make a great team and have nestled in to the Saudi Culture and Customs like the professionals they are. Jo has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and a sweet but firm demure, and Sarah with vast experience fused together with her familiarity in the country and to the girls is priceless. I believe they are the perfect formula and the reason for the success of the Biomechanics Coaching Diploma here in Saudi. Otherwise, the material quite honestly would have gone right over our heads.

We are indebted to your operation, and empowered by your program. We feel we have been given a gift to pass along to help people around us. This is what we all love to do, after all. We are care givers, and love to support our fellow women (and men) here in Saudi Arabia.
We feel your idea of starting the ‘flag ship’ in the middle east here in Saudi Arabia is the right choice and with the help of Sarah, Jo, and others, we feel we can expand the program to the rest of Saudi, and middle east. We will continue to press on, opening doors in the medical community here in Saudi. We feel this will be an important step in laying the foundation of the Biomechanics Courses and Diplomas.

However, Spectrum must be successful first.

We recognize this responsibility, and intend to do whatever we can to deliver the right message.

I have met with my team and have organized our plan of attack.

We will let you know our progress.

Thank you for this opportunity, and we will work diligently to launch Biomechanics Coaching Methods successfully.

"F.I.T is a personal training health club chain in South London. We have been established for 6 years and operate a full capacity membership. Our attrition rate is less than 10% per annum, versus about a 30% average in the industry. One major factor in this is the work we’ve been doing Martin and his team. Our Trainers are now fully trained in the Biomechanics programming that martin and his Tutors teach on the I.T.S. courses and that has had a major impact on our business. Our members now get even more attention and are regularly screened using the I.T.S. biomechanical screening methods. Our members rarely get injured, their compliance with their exercise programming is excellent and their results are even better than before. Our members do not leave F.I.T. unless they move house!"

On first meeting Martin and understanding the research and training methods behind Intelligent Training Systems, it became clear that Esporta would benefit greatly from the introduction of biomechanics screens within our member induction programme. Martin and his team took the time to work and consult with the business for over six-months before expertly delivering training which has touched over 400 instructors across the UK and led to biomechanics screens being delivered free of charge to thousands of members on a monthly basis.
It is refreshing to be working in partnership with a team of such talented and passionate industry professionals. I have no doubt that the biomechanics coaching will continue to develop into the hugely successful international programme that it deserves to be.

Having completed all three biomechanics workshops with Martin himself, I found the information to be extraordinary. I have been a Personal Trainer for 12 years and in that time many things come and go and so often do not stand the test of time, but I can tell you that the information you receive on these courses is not only first class but makes perfect sense. In a way it makes it a very simple tool for you to use. This is the only simplicity as the research and knowledge behind it is quite profound.
The information is fantastic and will help you gain and keep clients for years to come. (I am speaking from firsthand experience on this). I recommend you book the courses soon, as if you do not today, you will have to eventually if you want to stay in the industry. When it comes to the numbers I have made my money back with ease 10 times over for the courses, with increased retention and referrals from current clients, to give a few examples. I have increased the frequency of one of my clients sessions from once a week to four times per week due to the fact he would not do the exercises without me. I have saved a lot of money with marketing, as I don't need to with this kind of tool, it speaks for itself.

The ITS biomechanics system has enabled Dorset Fire and Rescue Service to screen staff, both as a means of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

The system of Normalise, Stabilise and Functionalise gives our occupational health department a clear process in which to systematically rehabilitate staff when they are recovering from musculoskeletal injuries. After the initial screen, subsequent screens and specific exercises provide us with vital information, allowing us to “think outside of the box” in terms of cause and effect. More importantly, the progressive nature of the screening process makes it easier to decide when an individual is ready to return to work.

In the last thirteen months, 155 screens have been carried out on 59 different people. Most show significant progress after two screens and have gone on to a successful conclusion, assisting staff to either return to work or preventing them from taking sick leave .

In terms of injury prevention the exercises have had a positive effect in preventing back pain and other musculoskeletal discomfort for some of our staff.

We are currently consulting with ITS to provide training for our station fitness advisors and physiotherapist. It is hoped that by doing this we can improve the biomechanics of all of our staff and introduce a culture of injury prevention which is important for staff morale and maintaining crewing levels which is so vital to any emergency service.

Physical Education Officer, Dorset Fire & Rescue Service.
