About the course

This course is an in depth experience of over 20 years of research in biomechanics. In this course you will learn a thorough screening protocol to fully assess your client. You will look at each area of the body segmentally in order to ascertain the key areas of biomechanical dysfunction. Based on these screening results you will then be able to prescribe exercises that are client specific to enable them to function to the best of their ability.

“Specialist Biomechanics Coach; This is the flagship Biomechanics qualification. It’s a nine-month course that includes 12 days in the classroom, online learning, case studies, mentoring advice and a final presentation and exam.
