I was amazed by how in 1 session I had improved function. I think this is going to have a big effect on my training and injury prevention and would highly recommend this to all athletes that are serious about their training'.

Having encountered problems through multi-event athletic activity, the biomechanical assessment provided me with reasons as to why my body wasn't functioning as well as it could. I believe that it is more important to understand how the muscle groups and nerves work and how to prevent injury or poor performance. Too often, choosing 'quick fix' methods have not worked in the long term. This, however, makes perfect sense.

Coaches of the athletes who are part of my ‘On Camp with Kelly’ mentoring initiative have taken part in Intelligent Training Systems courses at a number of ‘On Camp with Kelly’ events. They have found the courses to be extremely useful in helping them to understand their athlete’s performance and to prevent injuries and we have received some very positive feedback.
As one of the coaches said: “I think it was clear that almost without exception the Intelligent Training Systems course was regarded as of great value as well as being enjoyable.” “The Intelligent Training Systems courses are very practical which is ideal for coaches. We will definitely continue to offer the courses to our coaches in the future.”
Dame Kelly Holmes.
For any athlete longevity is always sought after in their chosen sport and injury is usually the common reason behind retirement.
As cliché as it sounds, prevention is better than cure so I sought out the help and advice from Intelligent Training Systems to have a look at what shape my body was in.
After my initial screening I learnt a number of problem areas from nerve impingement to hip alignment need to be improved upon. The exercises I was given to help improve these problem areas were able to be completed at my desk at work as well as the gym.
After a number of weeks I had a repeat screening and I was pleased to find out a majority of the previous issues were now gone and my body was starting to correct itself in its alignment as well as movement.
For anyone who is serious about their training or chosen sport, this is a must, you wouldn't let your car go too long without an MOT or service, our bodies are the same and need checking up on regardless if everything feels OK now, we always seem to do so until something goes wrong that potentially could of been prevented.

I have been a World Class Amateur Bodybuilder for over 20 years now. Within the last 2 ½ years I have incorporated Biomechanics and deep tissue therapy from Intelligent Training Systems.
This has made a massive improvement to how my physique looks and recovers from heavy and high intensity workouts.
The exercises and skills have given me a better condition and tone to my muscles and the overall appearance seems to have rejuvenated my physique.
I wish I had know and used these techniques years ago! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be at the top of their game.
