Biomechanics news and information

Martin and his team will be writing regular articles in this section and we hope you will find them interesting and sometimes controversial. Our core interests are around biomechanics, but obviously this links to a number of different areas such as physiology and neurology and of course has the critical link to all forms of exercise prescription. We have found that Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Personal Trainers, Therapists and Sports Coaches are all finding the information valuable.

As well as the articles, we will be putting news bulletins in this section so you can see how we are developing as a business and the areas that we are working in. Many of our Biomechanics coaches use this to keep up to date with our progress and look to link in with on projects that they are interested in which makes our offering much more robust if we go in as a team
