Multitrax Conference

MultiTrax conference

I’m delighted to be presenting at the Multitrax conference again this year. Last year I talked about how the biomechanics of the shoulder and knee can be screened and improved upon, this year it will be on how understanding biomechanics can help fitness professionals and therapists to manage back pain.

Back pain treatment will always be the domain of therapists and doctors, but are there ways that Personal Trainers can help their clients with lower back pain, beyond the basic five or six back pain relief exercises that everyone prescribes?

During this presentation we will be discussing topics including who can diagnose back pain, how accurate it is anyway, and do you need to be able to diagnose back pain to successfully help people who suffer from it, all so that you can successfully help your clients with their lower back problems. The day will also include learning some very simple principles of biomechanics, and taking part in a small number of basic tests and back care exercises.

You can find more information about the conference on the Multitrax Pro website.

I hope to see you there.
