Esporta Health Club

Intelligent Training Systems has just completed phase 1 of a 3 phase roll out programme with Esporta, the exclusive UK health club chain. The ITS Biomechanical Screening programmes will be run over the next 9 months and Esporta will be the first major chain of clubs to sign up for this unique Biomechanics Coaching qualification.

In phase 1 every Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer will be trained to provide each member with a biomechanical screen at regular intervals to improve their capacity to perform their training programmes in and out of the club.

Phase 2 will accredit a group of their selected Personal Trainers to become trained as Biomechanics Coaches, and then in phase 3 in the second quarter of 2011 and as part of the Esporta PT learning pathway, ITS will train another select group to be fully qualified Biomechanics Coaches.

This training will provide Esporta with the best qualified Personal Trainers in any major chain in the world and the service to their members will be unparalleled!
